Restaurant General Manager candidates will have 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in Full service, Family Dining, or Casual Dining. History of Pride and Passion in delivering Memorable Food + Service, while Developing and Leading teams and controlling Costs

You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all FOH and culinary activities
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Train and manage FOH and kitchen personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields is REQUIRED
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

 

* General Manager salary based on experience - Start at $55-65,000. Bonus potential $15-20.000
