Candidate must have the skills and knowledge to complete project bids or estimates and ensure that all facets of required work have been addressed to provide a timely, accurate and profitable bid submission. Must possess a strong work ethic and fit the personality and inter-relate well with the existing team. This position requires a charismatic individual who can develop and maintain relationships with current and future customers and also with professionals in the construction industry. A background in the Industrial Painting industry would be a plus.

Job Duties include but are not limited to :

The right candidate will have the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications, preparation of bid proposals and take-offs, weekly estimating meetings, attend pre-bid walk throughs, shop drawings and submittals. The ability to manage all aspects of multiple projects, administer project budgets, contracts and schedules. Provide accurate management information, budget status, schedule status, RFI's, CB's, Change Orders and quality control data for assigned projects and close out documentation. The ability to breakdown construction operations into a logical sequence of activities, supervise and coordinate activities of the project team.

The right candidate will possess the following skills:

Minimum of 2 years professional experience, Bacherlor's degree in Construction Management or Business is preferred, but not required. Must be highly detailed and organized with a disciplined work ethic. Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills with computer knowledge and proficiency int Micro Soft Office.
