Our client, a global FinTech organization, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist in FinTech Sales Revenue Operations teams to take ownership of Marketplace Technology billing. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the sales industry.

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist | MpT Billing

Pay Rate: $30.00-33.00/hour (based on experience)

Duration: 6-month contract w/ possibility of extension

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Location: Onsite | New York, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the MpT billing process, collaborating with sales representatives and account managers to understand each customer's billing details thoroughly.
  • Generate invoices and verify billing accuracy, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate preparation and processing of invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries related to customer invoices, providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with sales account managers to address customer questions or escalations effectively.
  • Document processes, customer details, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop a transition plan for centralizing billing responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in processing invoices.
  • Proficient understanding of the billing process, including verifying invoice-contract alignment, incorporating purchase orders as necessary, managing credits and reissued invoices, and ensuring accurate contact information.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong investigative skills to address customer billing issues, including effective communication and providing regular updates to customers.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Capability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
