All of the jobs are in the Tacoma/Pierce County area.

We are a newly established general contractor servicing with employees possessing over 25 years experience as painters, builders and remodeling contractors across the Puget Sound.

Framing carpenters are skilled tradespeople who build the structural framework of buildings using wood and other materials. Their responsibilities include:
Rough framing: Building wooden structures like walls, roofs, and flooring
Joinery work: Installing joists, studs, flashing, and structural supports
Finish work: Installing moldings and interior fixtures, and designing custom furniture, cabinets, and cupboards
Project planning: Estimating material and labor costs, and obtaining permits
Other tasks: Reading blueprints, building scaffolds, constructing forms for concrete, and traveling between job sites

Framing carpenters may also work on remodeling or repair projects, such as erecting supports for interior walls, building staircases, and making wood components for home additions. Some professional carpenters work on exterior structures like decks, platforms, and walkways.
Framing carpenters need to have a strong knowledge of construction techniques, be able to read blueprints, and understand engineering specifications. They should also be proficient in using hand and power tools, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy materials is also required

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and because we are in peoples' houses you will have to pass an extensive background check.  We look at each applicant's individually. You may have to pass a drug test and/or  physical.
