We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our construction/renovation crew. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting our project managers in various tasks related to construction and renovation projects. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing job sites, loading and unloading materials, cleaning up debris, and supporting the team with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of construction sites before the commencement of a project.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and ensure they are properly stored.
  • Perform demolition work and clean-up activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Support skilled tradesmen such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed.
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization on site.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction, renovation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
