Our eye clinic is a referral center for those requiring medically necessary contact lenses to restore vision. Familiarity with contact lens handling and care is desirable but not requisite. Our training is extensive, so this is an opportunity to grow into a new industry. Compensation is commensurate with experience and productivity. A complete portfolio of benefits is available to our full-time employees (32-hours per week) beyond the introductory period.
Our established private optometric practice is in a modern facility with retail amenities nearby. Our work environment is fun, comfortable, stable, and centered around providing exceptional patient care. Our like-minded staff and doctor work well as a team in a relatively low stress environment.
Your main responsibility would be administering preliminary exam measurements using state-of-the art instruments and data entry into electronic medical records. Secondary responsibilities include instructing patients on proper contact lens handling and care, billing, stocking inventory, answering phones, and greeting patients. There is also room to move into optical sales, if desired.

Responsibilities:
- Appointment scheduling and administration.
- Contact lens application and removal training.
- Administering preliminary exam measurements.
- Billing Vision Service Plan (VSP) and Eyemed Vision Care.
- Optical dispensing is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with electronic medical records.
- Reliability, punctuality, and high integrity.
