Are you a seasoned customer service representative with call center experience? Palmer Group has an amazing remote opportunity for you on a contract basis. We have partnered with this reputable client in the insurance space to hire an Open Enrollment CSR. If this opportunity interests you and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from members regarding their insurance plan options
  • Assist callers with questions regarding membership, premiums, and beneficiaries
  • Schedule meetings with licensed professionals when members need advice on plans
  • Handle troubleshooting questions about logging into the online system
  • Explain different plan options, costs for each, and differences between options

Requirements:

  • 2 years of call center experience
  • Must have a dedicated remote workspace, 50+ MBPS internet speed (NO wi-fi allowed)
  • High school diploma, 2 years of college is preferred
  • Solid computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, good typing/data entry, ability to toggle between multiple screens and applications at the same time
  • Must commit to the assignment and shifts - no time off permitted during the first 30 days or during the month of November

Work Model:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
