Office Assistant

We are seeking an onsite Office Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Assisting in recruiting and interviewing candidates
- Assisting payroll and timesheet preparation
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Maintain, develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in office administration, front desk, customer service or other related fields preferred
- Bachelor's degree from USA accredited school preferred
- Eligible to work for any employer in USA
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Valid CA DL
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in additional language such as Vietnamese or Chinese language preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
