Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a manufacturing Product Quality Specialist in Monroe, North Carolina. This is a direct hire with a starting pay ranging from $17 - $20 per hour depending upon experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspection of in-process and final goods to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met
  • Generate quality training material, hold training sessions, assist in training new hires
  • Interpret engineering drawings correctly for product quality inspections
  • Engage with all manufacturing personnel in quality reporting and non-conformances
  • Assist in driving continuous improvements


Experience & Education

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment - preferably in a quality lead role or a combination of experience and quality education
  • HS-DIploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of quality documentation and ISO 9000 standards
  • Ability to lead in process improvements, audits and team settings
  • Ability to use quality tools for conformance (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) with strong mathematical skills
