Who We're Looking For

EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in leading and optimizing our product development pipeline and ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative solutions.  The ideal candidate will be adept at establishing robust practices and systems to drive the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to value realization.

What You'll Do:
As a Sr. Program Manager reporting to the SVP of Product Management, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities with focus in the following areas:
 
  • Develop and implement practices and systems to streamline the product development
  • Lead the development of practices for regular team and enterprise prioritization
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and resolve project and resource conflicts
  • Mitigate potential conflicts by fostering open communication and alignment
  • Create transparency into the status and health of all programs
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Run ideation campaigns and user research activities in partnership with product
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, test hypotheses, and validate concepts
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes

What You Need
  • 10+ years in program and product management experience and 7+ years of people management in a healthcare environment with a proven track record of delivering complex product development programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of full lifecycle project management, software, and services development
  • Experience building collaborative environments, teaming cultures with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  •  Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, from the CEO to front line functions
  • Excellent problem-solver
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-starter that thrives in rapidly evolving environments
