Our current practice has two providers and is quickly growing and we need your help to prospect leads and quickly give them clarity on how we are world class at what we do in delivering outcomes without the use of medication.

Mission of The Position:

- To secure 20-25 new appointments per month (5-6 per week) that sit for their appointments for

our Chiro staff.

 

Scorecard:

● 40% or more conversion rate on incoming calls (including Digital and Non-Digital Leads)

● Secure 20-25 appointments per month

● Make 25 outbound calls per day and execute 10 Instagram Dm Conversations per day

 

Top 3 Results of Position:

1. To PERSONALLY produce and schedule a minimum of 20-25 appointments per month (4-5

per week)

2. To maintain 100% accuracy of the company’s client database based (including CRM Sales pipeline, Google Sheets and EHR) on calls and email correspondence

3. To meticulously follow the company’s sales process, scripts, tracking of key metrics,

updating records, etc.

 

Responsibilities and Activities:

● To follow up on leads that have come in for a discovery or evaluation following the

company’s lead follow-up process to qualify them, classify their interest, and route them

to the right “next step” in our process. Also update their information in CRM, Google Sheets, and EHR and ultimately schedule for appointment where appropriate

●To field all inbound calls and calls scheduled online with the goal to qualify appropriately and route them to an appointment

● To make make 10 outbound calls/texts in relation to current sales and promotions

● To call an confirm appointments to reduce no-shows

● To assist in reschedule clients that request to reschedule or cancel or who no-show for

their appointments (consults)

● To update all records in CRM with complete information. This includes keeping records

of conversations, emails, status of leads in our system. We run multiple

offers/campaigns at once requiring knowledge of those offers and the following of that

process

● To use the company’s database and online platforms to find prospects and set

appointments for “discovery call”

● To assist in any manner with Instagram DM’s follow up system

● To grow in personal and professional development of sales strategy, technique, scripts,

and client engagement.

 

Skills This Position Requires:

● Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized. In this role, updating all fields in

our database is critical for flow and process.

● Excellent project and time management skills

● Ability to independently work and meet deadlines

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to use Google Suite, CRM systems, and navigate digital software
