**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled accountant to manage financial transactions, analyze financial information, and prepare financial reports for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or progress towards CPA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- 3-5 years experience using QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
