We are searching for an outgoing, people-oriented, tech savvy Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist that will be the primary contact for all of our customers’ service and support needs. If you have ever built your own PC, set up a home security system, or even simply helped someone set up their new iPhone, you are the candidate we are looking for

Essential Job Functions:

Provide traditional customer service support, i.e. answering phones, processing orders, coordinating delivery schedules, scheduling trucks, resolving invoicing issues, etc.

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming calls related to proprietary software
  • Assist customers with questions related to roadside equipment including equipment operation (mechanical and electrical) cellular modems, sensors, and cameras.
  • Setting up accounts for new users and demonstrate how to operate the proprietary software
  • Manage/facilitate cellular modem, sensor, and camera RMA’s.
  • Create & maintain training manuals on job relevant processes.
  • Testing new technology

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Technologically savvy – have a working knowledge of information technologies and systems including electrical troubleshooting.
  • Eagerness to learn
  • An understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem – basic Excel skills are a must
  • Industrial working environment experience 
  • 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
