Position: Residential Remodeling Lead- Kitchen and Bath

Position Description: Manage and Oversee Renomads' kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality execution and efficient team coordination; providing support to other projects and assisting project managers as needed.

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week), $30/hour-40/hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

· Manage 2-3 kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects at a time.

· Supervise and coordinate a minimum of 2 team members.

· Work on-site daily, using tools and actively participating in project tasks, ensuring hands-on involvement in the execution and completion of all projects.

· Ensure all tasks associated with kitchen and bathroom remodels are performed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

· Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and cost estimates.

· Coordinate with upper management, employees, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

· Maintain clear and open communication with clients, updating them on project status and addressing any concerns daily.

· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

· Aid in education and training of less skilled employees.

· Attend weekly management meeting.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in managing and building kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.

· In-depth knowledge of all tasks associated with kitchen remodels, including carpentry, demolition, drywall, electrical, painting, plumbing, shower installations, tiling, finishing, and all types of flooring.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Ability to lead and motivate a team of laborers.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail.

· Strong work ethic.

· Own set of professional tools to accomplish all tasks above.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Background check
