Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating and informing homeowners on their roofing and siding needs, and for identifying and closing new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Hunt and qualify new sales leads, and convert them into closed sales
- Manage and maximize assigned sales territory
- Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage
- Convert inspections into claims filed and contracts signed
- Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners
- Meet with insurance adjusters on property
- Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners
- Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales
- Build relationships with homeowners by earning their trust
- Educate customers on industry products and AmeriPro's policies and procedures
- Methodically manage sales pipeline via CRM
- Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff
- Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings
- Follow AmeriPro's Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience
- Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred)
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Must have a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
- Industry knowledge a plus
- Previous experience using a CRM platform required
- Experience following a documented consultative sales system preferred
- Self-sufficient and able to work in an independent environment
- Dedication to personal career development
- Valid driver's license (any state applicable)
- 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
- Performance-based pay (based on activities)
- Commission on approved sales
- $67,000 - $266,000 / year (expected yearly earnings)
- Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles)
- Quarterly bonus
