Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating and informing homeowners on their roofing and siding needs, and for identifying and closing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt and qualify new sales leads, and convert them into closed sales
  • Manage and maximize assigned sales territory
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage
  • Convert inspections into claims filed and contracts signed
  • Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property
  • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales
  • Build relationships with homeowners by earning their trust
  • Educate customers on industry products and AmeriPro's policies and procedures
  • Methodically manage sales pipeline via CRM
  • Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff
  • Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings
  • Follow AmeriPro's Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience
  • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Must have a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
  • Industry knowledge a plus
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform required
  • Experience following a documented consultative sales system preferred
  • Self-sufficient and able to work in an independent environment
  • Dedication to personal career development
  • Valid driver's license (any state applicable)
  • 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Performance-based pay (based on activities)
  • Commission on approved sales
  • $67,000 - $266,000 / year (expected yearly earnings)
  • Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles)
