  • Process payments of vendors and review purchase orders
  • Reconcile accounts payable ledger
  • Setup vendors in the system
  • Scan in documents for electronic filing
  • Research and verify any discrepancies
  • Generate reports on accounts payable status
  • Process requests for employee expense reimbursements
  • Other duties as assigned by the Controller

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to serve both internal and external customers
