Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales Associate who embodies the luxury and sophistication that Modern Beauty Bar stands for. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales. If you have a passion for sales, outstanding customer service skills, and an eye for aesthetics, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all clients, ensuring a five-star experience from the moment they walk through the door.

  • Membership Sales: Actively promote and sell memberships, highlighting the value and benefits to clients.

  • Retail Assistance: Assist clients in selecting the perfect products, offering personalized recommendations and upselling where appropriate.

  • Communication: Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up with clients, and promote services and products.

  • Design & Marketing: Execute marketing materials by utilizing. Artificial Intelligence and Canva to create engaging promotional digital collateral and in person collateral that will help our brand awareness and boost sales.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and retail area, ensuring all operational procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience in a luxury setting. 

  • Answer phone calls and provide information to patients. 

  • Create appointments and handle cancellations. 

  • Utilize cash registers for transactions and maintain accurate records. 

  • Upsell products and/or services to enhance guest experience. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. 

  • Bilingual is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence and Canva for content creation. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Ability to work some weekends and evenings as required. 

  • Experience with Boulevard or Aesthetic Record Software is a plus.
