We are looking for dedicated internal employees to join our team as On-Site Coordinators.

Job Posting: Staffing Coordinator Onsite Manager

Pay: $55k-$60k with benefits

REQUIREMENT:  BILINGUAL  - English and Spanish

• Plainfield: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Zip code 46168
• Avon: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (some weekends) -Zip code 46123
• Brownsburg: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (some weekends) - Zip code 46112
• Morrisville: Thursday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2 positions available) - Zip code 46158

Job Duties:

• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory and logistics.
• Oversee order fulfillment for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient logistics.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional employee relations.
• Act as a liaison between clients and branch staff, fostering strong relationships.
• Assist with screening and selecting new temporary associates.
• Orient new associates on company policies, safety procedures, and job expectations.
• Maintain accurate records for temporary associates, manage attendance and payroll.
• Address and resolve issues involving temporary associates.
• Mentor, evaluate, and handle disciplinary actions for temporary associates.
• Prepare and present metric reports to internal and external leadership.
