Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for positivemotivated and energetic sales professional who will provide unforgettable customer service taking orders from existing and new customers, while building long lasting relationships with our customers from all over the world We'll provide you with all the training, tools and support you need to succeed, and your days will be fast-paced and rewarding, both personally and financially

  • Markets and sells products or services to established clients.

General Accountabilities

  • Markets and sells the company's products or services.
  • Projects a warm, inviting, and trustworthy image on the phone.
  • Prepares bids and quotes.
  • Answers customer inquiries.
  • Research new product requests and write sales orders.
  • Serves as a liaison between the outside sales and customer service departments.
  • Tracks and prepares reports on daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Shipping and receiving

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
