We are looking for a passionate SAM GUARD USA Sales Representative to take our sales and marketing approach to the next level.

 

SAM GUARD mission to build a world where people can always rely on the machines that matter. Within the combination of Human Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence (AI), we predict and prevent industrial machine failures. Our solution helps customers improve the reliability, quality, and sustainability of their operations.

 

  

Position Scope:

 

·     Present, promote and sell SAM GUARD product, using solid arguments, to existing and prospective customers.

·     Maximize business opportunities and achieve revenue targets by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, customers, and subsidiaries.

·     Visit customers and potential clients to evaluate needs and to promote the product.

·     Achieve the quarterly business plan/forecast aligned with sales objectives.

·     Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

·     Day-to-day sales follow up and forecast.

·     Set ambitious revenue targets and create detailed plans to deliver, prioritizing efforts for maximum impact on customer and business outcomes.

·     Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets

·     As part of this job travel will be required.

 

 

Knowledge & Skills:

 

·      At least 3-5 years of experience in Field Sales of Digital products including whole selling cycle: generating meetings with new/existing customers, present product, negotiation, close of sale.

·     Experience with Operational Technology equipment and related software (DCS, Historians, HMI, MES).

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German language. Additional languages are an advantage.

·     Presentation skills

·     Experience in sales techniques

·     Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.

·     Acts like an owner takes responsibility for one’s actions and for outcomes related to one’s decisions; passionate about the success of product, customers, and partners.
