Mike's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to ensure smooth communication between our plumbing company and our valued customers. As a Mike’s Plumbing CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking plumbing services or information. Your primary responsibility will be to establish excellent customer experiences by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and/or text, gathering detailed information and entering notes, pictures, documents into our CRM, build estimates, as well as coordinate service requests with our plumbing team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and facilitating efficient communication between clients and our service technicians.

 

Additional Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach

- Learn plumbing systems and terminology and maintain thorough understanding of our services

- Work with the dispatcher/scheduler to schedule customer appointments

- Maintain an organized work space, perform miscellaneous clerical and other office duties as needed

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

- Cross-training to cover teammate time-offs

 

Qualifications

- MUST be able to follow directions (utilize SOP) and demonstrate strong attention to detail/time management skills in high volume environment

- MUST demonstrate punctuality and reliability

- Purpose driven, self-motivated, proactive and ready to learn

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team – there is high team accountability

- Passionate about helping customers

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) with high social IQ

- Excellent multi-tasking skills and flexibility to pivot when required

- Strong data entry and basic math skills

- Proficient with MS Office products and CRM software
