The Customer Experience Representative role operates in a professional office setting.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide Comprehensive Customer Support: Offer pricing, quotes, detailed product information, literature, and samples to customers, ensuring they have all the necessary details to make informed decisions. Offer ongoing support throughout the purchasing process.
  • Efficient Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange deliveries, facilitating smooth transactions from order placement to product receipt.
  • Effective Returns Handling: Process product returns swiftly and professionally, resolving any associated issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Confirm and update customer information, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Identify opportunities for additional purchases and engage in technical discussions to address customer queries.
  • Solution Promotion: Actively promote products, solutions, and services to meet customer needs, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay abreast of product changes and developments, answering customer questions and providing information on warranties and terms of sale. Inform customers of deals and promotions to enhance their purchasing experience.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance the customer experience. Implement suggestions based on customer feedback, including product enhancements and website improvements.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the customer service manager to maintain high service standards. Serve as an inside liaison to the outside sales team, facilitating effective communication and identifying potential business relationships.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Software: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, to efficiently manage tasks and communications.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Exhibit excellent customer relationship skills, building and maintaining lasting connections.
  • Analytical Ability: Perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and work instructions accurately.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-identification and resolution skills to address customer issues effectively.
  • Self-motivation: Show high levels of self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain strong organizational skills, staying updated on reseller activities and statuses consistently.
  • Integrity and Work Ethic: Uphold a high level of integrity and work ethic, contributing positively to the company's culture and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Possess a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Experience: Have 2-3 years of direct work experience in sales or tele-sales, with prior experience in retail and/or wholesale sales preferred.
