  • Manage incoming calls and emails to provide timely and effective support to customers.
  • Review and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided.
  • Enter purchase orders and credit/returned material authorizations (RMAs) to facilitate smooth customer transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to maintain up-to-date information on customer activities and status.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships.
  • Provide accurate and valid information using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bilingual Preferred (Chinese/Spanish).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
