Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails to provide timely and effective support to customers.
- Review and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided.
- Enter purchase orders and credit/returned material authorizations (RMAs) to facilitate smooth customer transactions.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to maintain up-to-date information on customer activities and status.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships.
- Provide accurate and valid information using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bilingual Preferred (Chinese/Spanish).
- Bachelor's degree required.
