Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for directing and supervising day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service, and achieving sales and productivity goals.


Job Duties

  • P&L responsibility and ability to manage team to meet objectives
  • Hire, train, and motivate employees of various skill levels
  • Identify training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provide guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with district manager to set performance standards
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff
  • Collaborate with other managers and district managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
  • Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

Required Skills and Education

  • 3 years of experience as a branch manager, preferably in a service- or route-based business model
  • Experience in lawn care, preferred
  • Must have excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have effective and professional verbal and written communication
  • Experience working with technology, including Microsoft applications, required
  • Strong ability to remain organized, multitask, and deliver results in a timely manner
  • Must be passionate about the Company's mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy, mission, and values to external and internal stakeholders

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation
  • Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day
  • Ability to walk on different terrains
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
