Responsibilities include team member support with:

  • Providing accounting services for clients
  • Addressing general ledger software needs of client.
  • Applying accounting principles to client engagements
  • Conducting audit procedures in accordance GAAS
  • Completing client tax returns
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Preparing management letters
  • Development of working relationship with clients
  • Assisting managers in developing ideas to help clients with operational and control opportunities, client presentations and selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year relevant experience
  • Experience with accounting, audit or tax software applications (QuickBooks, Accounting CS, CCH ProSystem fx Tax)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to organize work of multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality

Skills/Qualifications:
Willingness to help in all areas including Accounting, Audit, Tax Preparation, Processing Information and Office Administration. Possess great verbal communication skills for informing others, reporting results, client relationships and problem-solving objectivity, also research skills, thoroughness and results driven mindset needed.
