Job Title: Recruiter

Job Overview:As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to source, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates. You will play a crucial role in identifying qualified individuals who align with the organization's values, culture, and job requirements. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, be able to handle confidential information with discretion, and have a passion for supporting employees' growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:Resume Screening:Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications based on job requirements. Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate information efficiently.

Candidate Sourcing:Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates. Build a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and networking. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions.

Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate effectively with candidates to provide necessary information and guidance throughout the interview process. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback when necessary.

Conducting First Interviews:Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. Ask relevant questions to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit. Provide a detailed summary of candidate assessments to hiring managers for further evaluation.

Candidate Assessment:Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, including technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit. Assess candidates' motivation, career goals, and potential for long-term success within the organization. Provide recommendations and insights into hiring managers to support decision-making.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and interview outcomes. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment progress and effectiveness. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).2 years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar roleStrong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel. PowerPoint, Teams)
