Remote or On-site: Hybrid
Work Schedule:
3 Days per week in Raleigh HQ -- 8:00 AM  to 05:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

SCCM Management: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot SCCM for software distribution, patch management, and system updates.
Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency.
Windows Image Creation and Updating: Create, update, and maintain Windows images for deployment across the organization.
Virtualization: Utilize virtualization technologies, particularly KVM, to manage and optimize virtual environments.
Scale Computing Platform: Leverage knowledge of the Scale Computing platform to enhance our infrastructure capabilities (bonus points for experience).
System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:
Work Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
Expertise in Windows image creation, updating, and deployment.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies, especially KVM.
Experience with the Scale Computing platform is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
