President Container Group, a leading independent manufacturer of Corrugated Packaging (Sheets, Boxes, Trays, Partitions, Display Units, etc.) is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for its corporate location in Moonachie, NJ.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customers needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales and Customers with order processing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Manage customer orders through delivery
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • AA Degree preferred
  • Strong typing and data entry skills required for CSR
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
