The Mobility Dispatcher functions as an administrative specialist at our corporate headquarters in Harford County. Responsibilities include dispatching mobility units and ensuring all transport requests are met in a timely manner.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to work 10AM-6PM Full-Time
  • Ensure that all transport requests are picked up in a timely manner
  • Ensure all crews are accounted for at all times
  • Ensure clients are notified of any delays in transports
  • Update schedule throughout the shift
  • Dispatch transport requests and relay appropriate information to field crews
  • Perform all duties of the customer service representative
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Must have current Public Service Commission For-Hire License or obtain within 60 days of hire
  • At least 2 years customer service experience required; 1 year dispatcher experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure in a very fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Strong data entry skills and knowledge or Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of service area preferred
Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00
