Responsibilities
- Prospecting of local real estate agents with phone calls, attending real estate events and open houses and by taking advantage of other lead sources.
- Search for candidates using resume databases, sales analytics platforms and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screening and scheduling in-person interviews.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of effective networking, relationship building, and candidate sourcing activities.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
