Job Summary

Crye-Leike, REALTORS is seeking a highly motivated Career Development Agent Recruiter to join our team in Brentwood, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit top real estate agents through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agents, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Real estate experience preferred.
