Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Occasional overtime and weekends

Pay:
• $20-22/hr
• Biweekly Pay

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manages email inbox and categorizes as necessary
• Enters flights and tasks each morning for daily scheduled work
• Books, sets up, and manages all assigned jobs including flights and tasks
• Order entry from other Crossroads customers
• Makes and sends alerts to customers and agents
• Communicates delays to Crossroads Leadership
• Compiles data into weekly excel spreadsheets for reference within the division
• Troubleshoots airline issues and adjusts airline bookings as necessary

RequirementsQualifications:
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a time-critical environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
• Ability to give clear and concise instructions via written and verbal mediums
• Capacity to make decisions in a high stress environment
• Thrives in fast pace work environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands multiple times throughout the day
• Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
• High School Diploma or GED
