Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in the Downers Grove, Illinois area.  This is a direct-hire position with a pay rate of $28-32 per hour, depending on experience. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Order and maintain inventory levels of spare parts
  • Provide facilities maintenance as well as machinery


Experience Needed:

  • At least 3 years of recent industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong skill-sets in mechanical maintenance disciplines
  • Electrical experience including wiring and motors and troubleshooting is preferred
  • Certification in Industrial Maintenance or Industrial Technology is preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair machines through experience repairing motors, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes and hydraulics
  • Able to work Overtime as needed
