Maintenance Technician Job Description:

  • Repair plastic injection mold machines and auxiliary equipment as needed.
  • Assist in the installation of all new machinery and removal of old machinery.
  • Monitor equipment for safe operations.
  • Perform repairs on building equipment and areas such as air conditioning, heaters, and restrooms.
  • Perform snow removal.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas as needed.


Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of plastic injection molding machinery and processes
  • Forklift Certification
  • Knowledge of lockout/tagout process
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Good problem-solving skills


The starting salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $30.00-$35.00 hourly, depending on experience.


Monday-Friday: 1st/Day Shift
