Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician responsible for executing a variety of tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both production and facility equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to safety protocols and supporting the operational goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out diverse tasks to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
  • Address emergency repairs and conduct scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
  • Perform limited machinist duties as needed.
  • Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills for troubleshooting and repairing production machinery and facility systems.
  • Interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to execute necessary maintenance and services.
  • Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and conduct testing and adjustments.
  • Implement regular preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Engage in plumbing, electrical maintenance, and carpentry tasks as required.
  • Employ various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in daily operations.
  • Identify faulty operations and defective materials, reporting any unusual situations to the appropriate supervision.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required, along with completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience in production maintenance.
  • An Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and industrial maintenance, including some PLC and HVAC experience.
  • Eligibility to possess explosives under the Safe Explosives Act of 2003 (as amended) as required by regulatory authorities.
