Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas/petrochemical industry, with the renewable industry being a plus as well. Additional experience in sales is also a plus.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the oil and gas, petrochemical and renewable sectors.
Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Collaborate with operation manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a recruiter in the oil and gas/petro-chemical and or renewable industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with ISnetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, and DISA preferred.
Experience in sales is a plus.
