SUMMARY: The purpose of this role is to be the starting point for all job entries into the company database.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Transfer data from mechanical plans in PDF formats into company databases for HVAC projects

· Customer service; must have excellent written and verbal communication

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven experience with data entry

· Computer skills required: Microsoft Outlook, Fast typing skills (ability to use a dual screen set up), Enterprise Resource Planning Software (Microsoft Navision), PDF Viewer Software Experience 

· Other skills required: High attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Team player

*High computer literacy is a must*
