Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a dedicated Salad/Bread/ Pastry station Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Must be able to prepare and assemble salads, bake breads, and pastries according to our recipes and standards. Must ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and served fresh. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Must be able to collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and quality. Must follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Must assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation. 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with salads, bread, and pastry preparation. 
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and food presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
