We've been in the shoe business since 1971. Over the last 40 years, our family company grew from a small shoe manufacturer to a globally recognized fashion footwear distributor. As we grew, our privately-owned family business expanded into a family of four unique brands: Chinese Laundry, CL By Laundry, Dirty Laundry and 42 Gold premium collection.
LOCATION: 3485 S. La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90016
Work environment includes: Warehouse office setting
**Schedule:** 8 am to 5 pm = Monday through Friday – 40 hours per week
**Pay** $19.00 per hour
Sample Room Assistant
Make sure samples are received in a timely manner for shows, photoshoots, etc.
Alerting Design team when CFM samples arrive to provide necessary comments to production team.
Coordinating the shipment of samples to independent reps
Authorization of sample and gifts requests for customers as requested by indie sales team.
Coordinate with sample dept to make sure samples are shipped to all showrooms and for all shows.
Coordinate with Major - to get requested samples out to customers, style outs etc.
Make sure the indie reps have submitted their trade show assortment at least four weeks prior to the show to ensure all samples are available.
Make sure the sample showroom is clean and fill any missing samples.
Organized and put away drop samples in the designated area.
