Job Description
United Employment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented On-Site Coordinator/Recruiter to join our team. This role combines recruitment, client management, and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for open positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Operations:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of on-site temporary employees.
- Resolve employee issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate required reports.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize Excel to create and analyze various reports, including staffing metrics, turnover rates, and client performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
