Our ideal recruiter will need to be able to multi-task, work well with a computer, be comfortable making phone calls, and remain organized. As a recruiter, you should be motivated and a self-starter. You must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Recruiting is a fast-paced positionso be prepared to work hard but don’t forget to take a quick break for some rock paper scissors or Mario Kart.

Bonus points if the recruiter is experienced in hiring employees or has electrical experience/knowledge of electrical work.

As a recruiter, you will spend your day:

· Placing job ads

· Making phone calls

· Screening applicants

· Scheduling and conducting phone and in office interviews

· Ensuring the accurate completion of employment paperwork, skill assessments, and conduit bending

· Run background checks, E-Verify and drug tests on new hires

· Maintain organized records of candidates and employees

· Assist all branches in the company to help fill current job openings
