We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant in the city of Huuntington Beach, CA This is a Temporary Contract opportunity to join our Team

Contract: 1-2 Month Project

Schedule: 7:30am-4pm or 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $19-22/hour

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support with a strong emphasis on data entry and record management. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, processing documentation, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter large volumes of data into company databases and systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free.
  • Document Management: Organize, scan, and maintain electronic and physical records, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and easily accessible.
  • Database Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain databases, including employee records, inventory lists, and project documentation, to support the needs of various departments.
  • Report Generation: Compile and generate reports based on entered data, providing insights and summaries to management as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong data entry skills. Experience with database management systems is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
