Location: Roselle, IL

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - most individuals work until 5:30 PM - OT available


Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a family- owned manufacturer in Roselle IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Warehouse and Production Managers in organizing materials efficiently within the plant and warehouse.
  • Unpacking inbound items
  • Managing new picking orders
  • Ensuring the accurate selection of parts to optimize production.
  • Track part's movement throughout the facility
  • Email and phone communication with vendors 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be on their feet regularly and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Familiarity with using an ERP system
  • Ability to use a forklift or obtain a forklift certification
  • Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office Products
