SUMMARY:

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role at the heart of our logistics operations? As a Warehouse Data Entry Clerk (a.k.a. Cross Border (XB) Connect Super User), you'll be the go-to problem solver for data holds, ensuring smooth and efficient processing. Your expertise will help us keep our international shipments on track, making a real difference every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Detective: Monitor production lines and business systems to spot data holds. Investigate and identify the root cause, then collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Labeling Hero: Tackle labeling issues with international mail, such as missing zip codes or incorrect addresses. Work with Help Desk and Customer Service to fix package labels and ensure successful deliveries.
  • Shipment Prep Pro: Prepare shipments for re-induction into the product line and direct their movement to staging areas.
  • Communication Champion: Maintain clear communication with CRM/Sales and cross-functional CS teams to keep everyone informed about data holds and new customer implementations.
  • First Responder: Provide on-site response and share information with the corporate office and IT team when there are perceived issues with the Connect system.
  • Documentation Guru: Keep detailed records of actions taken, including forms, emails, reports, and logs.
  • Training Advocate: Gain access to and training in data correction processes, speeding up data hold resolution. Train all Connect Users on the latest Connect processing instructions.
  • Mail Processor: Handle the return of mail and adapt to alternate operational areas as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent training. At least 6 months of related experience preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Proficient in English with strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
  • Capability to prepare detailed records or reports.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Occasionally push/pull/lift and transport mail/parcels/containers weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequently operate a computer and communicate with other departments.
  • Work in an office and warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust and dirt.
