Johnson Service Group (JSG) has an immediate opening for an Instructional Designer.
This is a full time temporary positions for 2- 3 months +
Days/ Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time
Location: Fully Remote- Pacific Standard Time 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops learning objectives for course modules to describe desired outcomes and ensures learning materials support the objectives.
  • Designs and develops instructionally sound curriculum including instructor-led facilitator guides, tools, job aids, and self-study materials.
  • Develop appropriate training sessions for process and procedural components of the curriculum including scenarios, practice activities, etc.
  • Develop evaluations for each module based on the course objectives.
  • Mange project training material library including design templates and curriculum version controls.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-5 years instructional design experience: including training facilitator guides, activities, job aids and PowerPoint slides. E-Learning development experience preferred.
  • Experience instructional designing a large scale training project.
  • Training facilitation experience preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design or comparable preferred.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare/Insurance preferred.
