QUALIFICATION

  • Must have at least 3 years of exp with business development for a technology and/or IT recruiting firm
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Proven track record in business development (mainly business development for recruiting space), and project management
  • Great communication skills with Phone, Text, email & In person meetings / conference calls
  • Strong strategic planning skills
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Solid customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with software and IT industry trends

Duties:
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs/leads
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's recruiting services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
