Who we’re looking for:

· Minimum of 1 year experience working in the construction industry- concrete, masonry, engineered grading or under ground utilities.

· Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record

· Ambitious with a desire to earn ICC certifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Comfortable being on construction sites and performing field testing (concrete, soils)

· Ability to read and understand civil and structural blueprints and current code requirements

This position requires the ability to:

· Lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. regularly

· Work outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions

· Stand for long periods, walk on uneven ground, and perform work in small spaces that may involve stooping, squatting, and crawling for extended periods of time

· Work safely by following all regulations, safety procedures, and company policies
