Position Title: Field Service Technician - Printer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive hardware support and services for Client's PC Products customers.
  • Handle a variety of products including laptops, desktops, and printers.
  • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues effectively.
  • Engage with customers in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of skilled technicians to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience in technical/mechanical hardware repair.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional training in hardware technology is preferred.
