Your Role:

  • Project Management: Lead and execute CAD tasks for ALTA/NSPS, Boundary, and Topographic Surveys with finesse.
  • Coordination: Craft construction layout maps and calculations that guide our field staff to success.
  • Modeling Mastery: Handle CAD-generated surface models and sculpt accurate contours, cross sections, and profile drawings.
  • Research & Setup: Dive into project research and lay the groundwork for success.
  • Field Work: Step into the field when necessary, showcasing versatility and hands-on expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or surveying and geomatics, or at least 3 years of practical experience.
  • A South Carolina Licensed Land Surveyor ready to map out success.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with the skill to read and interpret complex civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
  • Stellar communication skills to manage client requests and guide field staff with clear instructions.
  • Experience with Trimble equipment and Microsoft Office Suite is a significant plus.
