We are looking for a Solar Energy Customer Service Representative who exudes confidence, enthusiasm, and is highly skilled at communicating in order to build rapport with customers while representing our company's vision

  • Educate both potential and existing customers about solar energy solutions and cost-saving benefits
  • Confidently discuss options and finalize sales with customer base
  • Attend company meetings to stay informed about solar energy initiatives

Our Solar Energy Customer Service Representative Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience or knowledge in Account Management, Sales, Solar Energy, or Customer Support
  • Customer-focused, outgoing, and self-driven attitude
  • Upstanding communication abilities both written and spoken, with customers and staff
  • Confident in direct communication with consumers
  • Effective time-management, written communication, and interpersonal skills
